Being from out of town and having the service engine soon come on we asked friends who we could see. As our car is a BMW they recommended you. We were impressed with your understanding to our problem and how you worked us in for a diagnostic look at the car. We were even more impressed when you our mechanism fixed our electrical problem quickly and we were able to safely return to Olympia. My power steering went out over the Holidays. I brought it in and Brian and staff help quickly diagnosed the problem and did all they could to help our car make it until the parts arrived. A rebuild of the power steering pump was recommended but not possible due to the condition of it. A new P/S pump was required and Brian had already ordered it as a back up or Plan B. It was installed using BG P/S fluid. This took time but I was able to get work done on my laptop using their free internet in their comfortable waiting room with incredible showcars that are truly inspiring!
