Scott and Tabitha are really great people to deal with and always very helpful and pleasant.

I recently had my Audi in at Global Car Care for a timing belt change, along with a number of diagnostics and checks. Not only did they finish the job quickly, but the cost was lower than every quote I had gotten for the job (including their own!). Tabitha was extremely kind and helpful, and was happy to answer every question I called with, and I had a lot of them! I spoke with one mechanic on the phone that was a little rough around the edges, but, hey, mechanics aren't judged based on their people skills :) I will definitely be happily returning for more work in the future.

Do you have a mechanic that will drive for an hour to bring you a loner? Or one that will make sure all your paperwork is in order because you are going across the Canadian boarder? Well I do. My husband and I have had a series of misadventures lately and some of them have involved our car. Brian and his team have made every effort to insure that our daily lives would not be disrupted because of the work our vehicle has needed. And they always go the extra mile to get the job done right. I have been dealing with Global for over twelve years now and I am not only happy with the work they do and the service they give but I trust them completely. When is the last time you heard someone say that about a repair shop.

Hands down the best car repair shop in town. Notwithstanding, the professionalism and front desk customer service. When my Porsche mechanic was out of town, Global Car Care inspected, purchased, and replaced my tires within 3 days from ordering the tires. I just bought a Nissan Pathfinder for Christmas, and Global Car Care is my mechanic by choice.

I was so impressed with the quality and great customer service I received from Brian and Global! Brian was honest and up front with me about the different options in regards to fixing my car. I felt like I was more than just a customer ... I felt like part of a family. Instead if letting me drive my car home and bring it back the next day to complete the repairs... Brian offered to drive me home saying he didn't feel comfortable having me drive my car in the condition that it was in. This was my first experience with Global and I can honestly say they have a customer for life. Thank you Brian and the employees at Global- Courtney Arthur
