They got our X5 BMW right in with the date that worked for us. Scott called to confirm the problem I thought it was on the cooling system and other needs that could be done (belts)with no extra labor costs at the same visit. Price was the same as the estimate and a special was on for a 10% discount on any service. Our X5 was ready before noon on the same day. Possible future needs for service were noted and prices given on this high mileage SAV. No issues. All the staff there is great to work with and very professional.
