Courtney Provided courteous help over the phone and scheduling my appointment, Also was super sweet When I called this morning to confirm my apartment. Jeremy Peart did an extremely good job at explaining what was going on with my car, and providing comfort and satisfactory attention to my needs as a client. Tim Bentley did an amazing job on servicing my car, And now it runs better than When I had purchased the car. I couldn't be more thankful for the service I was provided at Global Car Care

Global Car Care has been performing all my maintenance needs for my Range Rover in my home town eliminating the need for me to have to drive to Seattle. They have done a great job with everything!!! Thank you!!!

I was charged $400 labor to change a fuel filter. That seems a bit excessive to me.

Got the same AC service with another vehicle for a competitor in Wenatchee for close to half the price (351 vs 190) the very next day. Staff was courteous but cost outrageous. Will not do business there again. Shop around or text me me for trustworthy service in Wenatchee.

Courtney, their receptionist, was so kind and helpful! I was traveling across the US when my truck I was living in started making squealing sounds. Several other places wouldn't even come out to give the sound a listen. She was up and out looking at my car in minutes, correctly diagnosed the program, and sent me to an exhaust specialist who fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend for quality service and someone who genuinely cares about their customers.
