The staff members I dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Not all the work I needed could be performed because a mechanic was out sick, but Global staff dealt with the situation the best they could.

I was having difficulty with my 2005 SL55 AMG for a couple of years on the suspension system and the ABC system. Took it to Global Car Care and they identified the problem, spent several hours try to achieve the lowest cost solution, however I had to replace a major component. They were able to find the part and install it and set the computer with no problems. The car handles just like it used to. This is now my go to place for all my nehicles.

No problem is ever too big for our team, Terry. It was great having a chance to get you back on road. Don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need help with anything else.

I’ve had my BMW 335is for four years and have only used Global for all of its maintenance needs. I’ve always had it back in a timely fashion as well as it being in the same condition I handed it off in.
