Haven't done business yet. Communication skills with office is not great. Either they are understaffed or new ownership. When you say you will call back you need to when a new customer could be possible

Easy to get an appointment at the time we wanted. They were ready for us when we arrived; the service was done quickly and correctly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Hey, cars require maintenance -- and having someone who can help maintain them is key to making cars last. Global Car Care rocks -- and Courtney is a great . . . Hmmmm . . . "Case Manager?" . . . I think that's the best title. She was on top of every issue, provided timely updates, and sought out the best resolutions when unforeseen challenges popped up. Global did a great job with my high mileage car from the rust belt -- it looked great on top but had some real corrosion issues underneath (I'm a seasonal WA resident). Fixing the car right took a little time - so the free loaner made a huge difference. Nice job Courtney and team!! - Dennis

I went in looking for a strut/shock for an old RV after checking five other places. Sadly they didn't carry the parts I was looking for but Eli was able to confirm for me that the shock was bad with their technician and Courtney went out of her way to call around and have the part ordered over night at a local parts store. They were super polite and eager to help me solve my problem. Amazing customer service even though I wasn't able to be their customer!

When I first started bringing my vehicle here, I was delighted and impressed! However, once the front desk team changed, I became more and more disappointed. This will be a long winded post-so sit tight. Back in June, I scheduled to have my Audi in for timing chain replacement. Figuring this establishment was certified to conduct said work, I felt confident! Upon pulling into their lot for the appt, I randomly picked up a screw in one of my brand new tires. I spoke with Eli at the desk and he went to inspect. They said they could take care of it no problem. At this time, Courtney informed me that the technicians had never done a timing chain replacement on a vehicle like mine, and said that my car was "advanced" in some way. I won't lie- THAT made me feel a little skeptical. And why wait to tell me THEN and not earlier?! Even still, I handed over my keys. Little did I know that my car would sit in their shop for 2 months! And that flat tire I came in with? They let it sit for several days on BRAND. NEW. WHEELS. I called and politely yet firmly told them I would appreciate having my tire inflated temporarily to avoid any damage. They apologized and took care of it. I was also promised by Courtney to have regular updates on my vehicles status-but the ONLY time she called, was to tell me my water pump was leaking. I approved the repair and continued waiting and waiting... Fast forward to about a week before I get my car back (and after several more issues), I finally share my thoughts with Eli, who seemed willing to listen. While my problems weren't with the technicians (they came in on their days off to work on my car which was really nice of them), my issue was with Courtney. She's very well spoken but severely lacks communication skills. Had I just been filled in along the way, I wouldn't have had such a thorn in my side. And on top of that, this shop unfortunately wasn't prepared to perform timing chain work whatsoever, which is why it took so long. There's much more to this rant, but I'll digress as my car is in running condition. Even after my recent oil change visit, I won't be returning to have services done here. It's just not the same vibe as before.

I have been coming to Global Car Care for quite some time now and recently my vehicle needed a new engine. They extremely honest, efficient, professional and courteous with me the entire time. Great service and staff. They are my car's favorite mechanic. :)
