This is the most amazing place. The people are so nice and caring of others. If you are in an emergency situation with your car and extremely far from home they do everything they can to help you out. They were unable to fix our car due to us not being from town and the type of vehicle but they did everything they could. We were stuck at their place for 4 hours and they did everything to make us comfortable and kept us from being out in the extremely hot weather. Thank you guys for being the most amazing people. It is rare anymore to find people so caring and willing to help a stranger. Thank you for your hospitality.

My cooling fan clutch failed. The staff managed to work me in to their schedule. The problem was diagnosed, and the estimate approved for repair. After completion I picked up my Dakota the next day. A big thanks to Courtney, Jose, Brian and the service techs.

Global always provides outstanding service. They quickly answer their phones, are friendly and professional, and have helped us with emergencies. When our Ford Edge battery failed, the Ford dealer wouldn't schedule us in for 5 weeks but Global got us in the next day! We have used them for years and can't say enough about how they have been responsive and have cared for our cars.
