ABS light came on and was diagnosed as a hydraulic pump issue fixable via a Seattle company — shipping parts delays from pandemic/etc issues ensued along with other delays — but Global Car Care persevered throughout and resulted in a very positive experience.

Without a Mercedes dealership in the area I was skeptical on finding a service provider. Took a chance on Global Car and am happy to say I feel very comfortable with them as the go-to repair shop in the future.

From the moment I called to set my appointment & then pick up my car, everything went flawlessly. The communication was the best I've ever received. I was provided an estimate via text along with photos. Their technology is amazing, not to mention their friendly, kind, & professional staff members. .

Thanks to the amazing performances of Jose and Blaine a tricky situation became a non problem..and don't forget Brian who coordinated everything while awaiting knee surgery and then there is Keri the super nice voice on the phone, great team work, great PR. But this is not the first time they have all gone the extra mile for me and I am sure for others as well. Thanks to all at Global!
