They plugged in my M-B to see why the check engine came on. They told me it was covered under the warranty and although they were not authorized to perform that particular kind of work, they entered the information into my car's electronic record. They were prompt, nice, informative and did all of this at no charge. I thought they were excellent to work with.

The whole process worked out fine-I was able to get an appointment when I wanted, use a loaner car while service was performed, they finished earlier than expected and all seems good with the repairs. Thanks!
