Brian Thorpe is the most unprofessional business owner in the valley I have encountered in a long time. He thinks it's acceptable to blow up at a paying customer on the phone who has spent thousands with his shop this year only to have constant problems every time they say a car is ready to pick up. I live past Leavenworth, it's almost 2 hours round trip for me to get to the shop, so when I show up to find the vehicle not drive able or with a check engine light as soon as its started in the lot, I've just wasted time and gas for nothing. This has happened several times this year, once a car had to be towed back 30 min after leaving the shop. I have tried calling ahead to have the triple check a vehicle is ready to go, just to get there with a problem. They do not diagnose issues properly the first time but will gladly charge you for wasting the customer's time. My parents have been long time customers of Brian, and it's a shame to see this kind of service from a local business. We will never take a vehicle to global again, and I will be contacting the better business Bureau
