It was good and fairly quick. I was in for an A/C issue and was told over the phone that is there was a repair needed, not just a recharge, they would not charge me for the recharge, only the repair. They tried to have me pay for both, but after I told the counter person what I was told on the phone, he reversed the recharge, as it would be part of the system leak repair. He did question me on who I talked to and made the appointment with, but I could not remember that and it was not in the notes. All in all, great people, friendly and customer service oriented. Only reason for 4 star is because of the mix up over what I was told on the phone and the discussion around that. Service tech was very thorough and the notes of the inspection and repair were e-mailed with picture proof of needed repair.
