What a sigh of relief, taking our Audi in to an extremely professional business that stands in a huge geographical gap where there is no Audi servicer. First day of our vacation our 2014 SUV died on the road, within an hour the tow truck had deposited us at Global, which was closing for the weekend already but stayed open to tuck our car into the bay safely, then diagnose it rapidly on Monday. They knew exactly what had happened, explained the fixable although major issue to us, didn't waste words or time and had us out the door Tuesday. "Jose" explained everything over the phone prior to pickup and also was there to hand the car over. This could have ruined the vacation but instead was peace of mind and a professional answer. Will be using them for any mechanical issue when we travel anywhere near Eastern Washington.
