these guys are fantastic!!!! I had to have my car towed and because it is a Volvo, I selected this company. The problem was the back of the drivers seat was stuck bent forward towards the steering wheel to where it was undrivable. Because of my being in a pickle and stuck at lake Chelan state park, they immediately took a look at it, instead of waiting several days….. they used a code reader on it, saw the error codes, erased them and the seat started working like normal!!! That’s all it took!!! I picked up my car the next day!!! Thanks to Tino for all your help and getting my car looked at days before you thought you could!!! He was my miracle!!!

My wife, daughter, and grandson(just over a year old) were traveling back from Spokane to Arlington WA when my daughter’s 2017 Ford Escape broke down. I was out of town, and not in a position to help, so I called on Brian and his team to see what could be done. With a full schedule, but recognizing that this was an emergency, his people got on it. After a lot of hard work and tenacity they were able to get the vehicle running. THANK YOU so much for all your efforts. We are so happy that you were willing to help and did A+ work. I would not recommend going here. Took my car here for my ac blowing hot air. Went to pick car up paid over $900 and ac was not working i instantly turned back around and took it back and the guy was rude and said it was working for him. 20 mins later I had a GUY take my car back to them for me and they said they'd check it out, they then replaced a relay. When I went back and picked up my car (it was late at night after I was off work so I got key from drop box) ac WAS working but my car wasnt fully put back together. 3 days later ac was blowing hot air AGAIN. They then recommended replacing another part but that'd cost another 800. So I Took it to another place for another opinion and there was just a leak and the other place fixed it and got my ac working for me for 200 and I have had cold air since.

We sincerely apologize if your experience was less than outstanding. Our goal is to provide excellent service and we regret that we didn't meet your expectations. Regarding your 2014 jeep Grand Cherokee, We tested and confirmed there were multiple issues going on with the HVAC system. From blowing hot, popping in the dash and fan intermittently not operating. As authorized we replaced the Failed actuator causing it to blow hot on the passenger's side, which solved the problem. We had the blower motor shut off on us, then all started working. We put an estimate for a blower motor and resistor before the vehicle was picked up and stated that if it quit blowing again we would need to do further repairs. When the A/C system was charged we injected a leak detecting dye in the system that makes it easier to locate leaks in the system after it has circulated in the system for day or weeks. When the blower again failed after three days you demanded we replace it for free. This request was not reasonable as the intermintant failure of the blower was happening before repairs were performed. We wish you the best luck with your vehicle repairs in the future. Global Car Care truly takes the name of their business to heart. They have proven over and over again that they really "care" about my car, and about me as a customer. When I take my car in for service to Global Car Care, I know that the job will be done right, and that their friendly staff will treat me right as well. I'm thinking I may never need to purchase another vehicle unless internal combustion engines are outlawed! Thanks, Global!

Great transmission diagnostic, quickly identified my vehicles problem.

I've taken my car to global car care for multiple services. 2 oil changes and they replaced the front cv axles on my volvo. Ive never had any issues with any of the work they have done on my car. The people are friendly and professional and seem like they care.
