Quick and communicative while getting new brakes and rotors. Easy to coordinate our inspection/repair after the parts were ordered. Very pleased with their service.

These guys charge plenty. $$$ but they don't do a very good job. My BMW535i xDrive ran worse that when i took it in. They didn't replace all the crews to the cover. I don't know what else might be missing. They just say "sorry "

We sincerely apologize if your experience was less than outstanding,. Our goal is to provide excellent service and we regret that we didn't meet your expectations. Regarding your BMW535i xDrive, we did confirm the oil leak which was diagnosed by another shop. However, it seems there were other underlying issues that may have affected the performance of your vehicle that also needed to be addressed. Unfortunately we could not promise these oil leaks would have taken care of any drivability issues as we needed to do our own testing that was declined upfront.We cannot stand behind another shops diagnosis. We understand your concern about the screws/clips to the engine cover missing. Everything that was taken off by our tech was put back on. With having multiple hands in the vehicle we understand clips/ screws go missing and we are willing to take care of that for you.

This shop is awesome! Tino and Jeremy took great care of me after my brakes were failing on a long drive from Oregon. They fit me to their schedule and ordered parts in record time. They made me feel like I was a priority to get back on the road and showed utmost concern for our safety! Honest prices too. Highly recommend!

I have a strong aversion to giving internet ratings. I suspect that the majority are bogus. This one is not. Global Car Care did a great job on a major repair for me, on time, and had very good communications with me on the process. I highly recommend them.

I was happily surprised when I first stopped off to ask about a new clutch for my car; Tino even came outside to have a look at it, and take down the model, so he could check the availability of parts. When I took it in for a diagnosis, they were thorough and detailed with what needed doing and prices. I was shuttled home by a polite young man, and picked up five hours later by the same young man. All employees were kind and helpful.

Global car care did a great job working on my Ford E250. I brought it in for them to check over and they found a couple things that needed to be worked on, and recommended what was more important. They took photos to show me what they were talking about so it was clear. And then, when the work was completed, they also included photos to show the whole process of what they did. I appreciate that consideration. Also great was their friendliness and courtesy ride to and from my vehicle. I definitely recommend them.

Came to Global primarily because of a steering issue that they worked on last October with minimum mileage added. It turns out there was a faulty part. Good news is they had a warranty on the part so they will fully cover the part and labor to repair. I only had to wait fore part ordering and rescheduling.
