Best place in Wenatchee for auto service and repair, very professional, very good at letting you know what and when your vehicle needs service to keep up with regular maintenance at fair prices. Scott was very help full and kept us informed about what was going on with our vehicle

Global serviced our Lincoln and repaired the brakes. They not only did an excellent job - they determined that the rear brakes did not require any work and our cost was reduced accordingly. They could have performed the work and we would never have been the wiser. So, Global scored huge points in my book for honesty and integrity.

They were friendly in phone and communicated clearly and in a timely manner. Coordinated with car company to order correct part. Installed with quality craftsmanship! Followed up with a text a few days later to see how all was working. Professionality was much appreciated.

Horrible customer service over the phone, employee was very rude about me asking a question about my car and if he could tell me possibilities of what was going on. Highly will not recommend to anybody. Save your money and go to Audi Spokane. They will treat you well and have way better prices. $180 for a 1 hour diagnoses session is ridiculous. Audi spokane charges $30 an hour and will give you knowledgable information and help you with great customer care
