Excellent customer service. Work was done as promised. Found an additional related part failure and I was contacted before any work or replacement was started. Thanks to Brian for having efficient front desk staff and all the techs maintaining my auto.

Was quoted one number, then went to pay and the price was different than original quote. Was told that it was different because they put the wrong parts in the quote. Luckily I pushed back and had the price changed to the original quote, but not everyone would have done that. Great service, just shady business practice.
