Was quoted one number, then went to pay and the price was different than original quote. Was told that it was different because they put the wrong parts in the quote. Luckily I pushed back and had the price changed to the original quote, but not everyone would have done that. Great service, just shady business practice.
While we would never want a customer to feel they were getting an incorrect quote, Ryan, it can happen. After all, the people who run the shop are humans, not machines.
