Took 2004 MDX in for diagnostic work on multiple issues. The appt ran a little long (this shop is BUSY) and I waited for the car. Had the opportunity to watch and hear staff interact with 10-15 customers and a few vendors and suppliers. Everyone who came or called in was treated with genuine, sincere respect. Employees were engaged and interested in what the customers had to say, both during and after each interaction, even when the customer wasn't overly respectful in return. This was my first experience with Global, and certainly won't be my last. I was very impressed when the owner personally followed up a few days after the appointment to ensure I was satisfied and had no questions. Very professional operation, truly concerned with customer service and satisfaction.
