On a cold winter day we had doctor visit in Wenatchee. Our window regulator went out and could not get window up. We drove to Golbal car care and spoke with Brian he got a new regulator and had it installed before lunch time. Can’t thank them enough we got great service and a more than fair price,we traveled home with window up and heater on medium. I would highly recommend these guys for your auto needs. Thank you again Brian and crew you are a great business..

They always fix my car in a pro manner, No nonsense counter people and always a fair price.

Wanted oil light sensor fixed, they replaced something different and sensor is still on. They said they replaced what we requested. We are not mechanics and do not know the "proper" term for parts, so we paid for a part and replacement that did not need replaced. They said that its on us! Not very ethical.

We apologize for any confusion about the repairs you requested, Cindy. We certainly don't expect you to know all the different parts in your vehicle which is why we check things out on our own to make sure the issue you're describing is addressed. I requested an appointment online and they called me first thing in the morning to schedule with me. They are friendly and got me in and out quickly. I actually waited for my car, because it was just an oil change and it took less than an hour to complete.
