I have taken both my cars for oils changes and service for a couple years now and have been happy. Last spring they told me I needed new ball joints for my Tacoma and gave me a quote. The price seemed high but I scheduled the work. A few months later I noticed some bad tire wear on the front tires. I took it back and they re did the alignment but would not replace the tires. A couple months later I brought it up when it was getting serviced and they replaced them. This last winter I had it in for service and they told me the ball joints where bad again and they would fix it under warranty since it was well under a year. It took two days to complete that work and they admitted they were having a struggle with it. A month later I saw bad wear on the front tires again so this time I took it to an alignment shop. He did an alignment and it was way out. He did an inspection and found loose bolts on one joint and the other was bad already. I give Global credit for trying very hard to do the right thing but I don’t believe they can get it done right.

We have a 5-yo full size SUV, and a high-mileage 15-yo BMW sedan I want to keep driving. We found the place! Oil changes started us off at Global and since then we have gone on to have major services on our cars. We have found the friendly and helpful team to have thorough communication with us through the process of scheduling, intake, diagnostics, providing options, the actual servicing, and the close of the appointment. Prices are in line with our expectations, and we have not had any challenges arise through the work we've had done. Global Car Care has really been here for us.
