Wenatchee Auto Repair

I believe the mechanical work we had done there is satisfactory. However the customer service leaves much to be desired. We scheduled a major job and were given a time estimate of 2.5 week. It took 5.5 weeks. The explanation being that they had other customers who needed help. This shop is over an hour an a half away from us so we couldn't just pop in whenever it was convenient but had to do some planning to live without and retrieve our valued second vehicle. Our contact at the shop was non-communicative, and when we would call to check, he was short and curt with us every time. EVERY TIME- as though it was a major inconvenience to him to have to talk to a paying customer. Very disappointing. Now we are on our second round of needing warranty work on the part and while that may not be any fault of the shop, as I try to get the information needed to figure this out I am greeted with the same short and curt manner from another staff member. Every encounter has been rude and made me feel as though I'm the criminal for asking questions and trying to understand what exactly is going on. Not a fan. Never recommending this experience to any of our Leavenworth/Wenatchee friends.

Had damage to engine compartment wiring caused by a rodent. The staff at Global Car Care repaired the damage on time as promised and also went beyond my expectations to search out the nest and clean out the debris. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend Global Car Care for your auto maintenance. I own a 2007 BMW that needed brake pads replaced. All I had was a red light on dash. I called Scott and asked for help. He set up an appointment and found and fixed my brakes. It was done in 2hours with an oil change at a very reasonable price and cleaned inside and washed. Very professsional crew and friendly service. Global Car Care has taken care of my car for past 4 years.
