I was stranded in Wenatchee with damage to my car’s axel. Global was recommended by another shop that couldn’t fit us into their schedule. Global got the car and gave us 1st class treatment on getting our car fixed properly. Couldn’t be happier with their attention to doing the work right.

Received 3 different price quotes for getting my brakes done on my 2018 Ford Explorer, with the in person quote being more than double the two quotes provided over the phone. While paying for the inspection, I was told my total was around $80 plus tax for a total of $100+ which could not have been the case with the current tax rate in Washington. Another employee came over and pointed out the error stating something should have been removed but I was not offered a refund or an apology. Will not be having my brake service performed here nor any other service.
