Brian went out of his way off the schedule to check and expedite what ended up being a simple resolution to a safety concern on my '01 Windstar.

Being from out of town and having the service engine soon come on we asked friends who we could see. As our car is a BMW they recommended you. We were impressed with your understanding to our problem and how you worked us in for a diagnostic look at the car. We were even more impressed when you our mechanism fixed our electrical problem quickly and we were able to safely return to Olympia. Can't say enough nice things about the staff. Friendly, professional, punctual. I took my 2007 Mercedes CLS63 AMG in for a few minor fixes which were diagnosed accurately and fixed quickly. Prices were reasonable and the job was well-done. I will be taking my car back for any future car care needs.

I think the employees are friendly and helpful. It's been great to be able to borrow a car when ours is getting fixed. A little pricey. One time they returned our car without any oil in it, but besides that we have been fairly pleased.
